1. Information we collect

We may collect your name, phone number, email address, account role, delivery pickup and destination details, delivery history, wallet activity, bids, ratings, and verification information for biker accounts.

2. How we use your data

Your data is used only for Tumai app usage. This includes creating accounts, matching clients with bikers, showing delivery locations, calculating delivery prices, managing wallet balances, improving safety, preventing fraud, and supporting customer service.

3. What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your information for unrelated purposes. We do not share your data with third parties except where necessary to provide Tumai services, comply with the law, protect users, or process app-related payments and delivery operations.

4. Location information

Location information is used to help clients choose pickup and destination points, help bikers navigate to delivery points, estimate distance, and coordinate deliveries. Location data should not be used for unrelated tracking.

5. Biker verification

For biker accounts, Tumai may collect verification details such as national ID number, licence information, vehicle registration, and uploaded verification images. This is used for safety, trust, and approval of biker accounts.

6. Data security

We aim to protect user data using secure authentication, database access controls, and responsible data handling. Users are also responsible for keeping their login details private.

7. User agreement

By creating a Tumai account, you agree that your information may be used for app-related services only, including delivery matching, route coordination, wallet management, safety checks, and account support.
